The point here is that you use keys to switch between the various tabbed screens on the left and right. X means that that tabbed screen is closed, thus expanding your view on that side. All the screens are slightly transparent. The transparancy level and colors may be chosen by the user...
The point with that is to give cf a more polished look, and most important to use the screen more efficient

- Changed the spellbook from colorful to black for wizard/white for priest only
- Also added a drawing life meter at the top (a grim reaper and white wizard on opposite sides... still not sure what should be between them...)
- Schrunk the left side menu some (in the width)
- Some color adjustments
Anyway, new url is

I like the idea of having more play area. But i think there should be a max size for this window, to be fair for users who have a low resolution against ones who got high resolutions (and i don't mention 2 screens!).
Maybe something like play window not bigger than what can fit a 800x600 screen?
Just my 2 cents of €

That's exactly my intention with the above screenshot. It is 800x600, and won't be reziable...Ryo wrote:I like the idea of having more play area. I think that's unfair to us with higher resolution.
Seriously, it would be nice if the screen could be larger, but let the LOS cut off after the 800x600 view, so just like today the client will "remember" and show what's outside of the LOS, but you can still see it on the screen. Everyone (with more 800x600 or higher resolution) will get the same "active" view, but people with larger screens will have a slight edge in mazes and other such maps.

Yeah, I'm sticking to 800x600. We need to keep a static size to avoid giving people with large monitors an advantage, and 800x600 is the largest I'm able to defend...hoxu wrote:No way ! Are you aware that there are monitors that can *not* do 1280x1024?dark.schneider wrote:I want to run it 1280x1024 and that's a few!
I'd vote for 800x600..
Anyway, forgot to post the recolored version here, it's
