lockpicking exp from cure disease

I post this here because I want someone else to confirm I am not imagining things.

A while back I noticed that the prayer cure disease was giving lockpicking exp, 100 per disease (or maybe per successful cast?), this occured for a couple of days and then stopped, so I thought no more of it.

However tonight I observed the same behaviour again, can anyone else confirm it.

This was on crossfire.metalforge.net, I don't know whether it is a server config thing or not.
