Well, I see it this way. If you're used to the hundreds of thousands of people usually online playing some of the commercial games, you'll have to go through a few changes. If you're used to the 3D of those, more change. However, there are both good and bad things to this. Fewer people is less important than you'd believe. After all, how many of those 100000s of people did you actually talk to on a regular basis. Here, you get to know everyone quite fast. The graphics are simple. They were meant to be that way. It's definitely not for everyone, but ask anyone here and they'll tell you it's definitely worth your time.
