Installing problem... Yah, a Newbie...

Hi All,

I had a Debian System that had crossfire on it, and I'd like to have it now on my RedHat 9 system. I downloaded the 2 rpms (client and sounds) and tried to run them (right click -> OpenWith -> Install Packages) and it goes through the Preparing System Update (Processing Headers) and then thats it... What am I missing here?

Not sure what is missing or what the problem might be, but have you tried installing the rpm from the command line?

rpm -ivh <package_name>

That should display a more descriptive error message and the package installation process.

Please follow up on here what you see or encounter.
