Where can I use building supplies?

Post by Shadow »

Hi there. I just figured I'd ask... Where can I use building supplies?

Both in the only version on metal forge, and my semi offline version on my private server.

Which specific maps and where can I find them?

I like to muck about on my private server, which is why I am asking.

The only place you can use building supplies (as far as I know), is your permanent apartment, and even then I think only some apartments.

I believe the Scorn, Brest, Navar, Lone Town, and (possibly) Wolfsberg apartments all have buildable areas.

Also guilds and their storage.

Okay, for the apartments I'm assuming you don't mean the private one right? Since the ones with private maps don't have buildable areas.

Also, on my private server, how can I give myself a key to those apartments? Is there a specific area I can get said keys, is it an entry I add in to the text file? As for the apartments with buildable areas, can I just drop gems or coin onto them and get a key to it or how does that work?

Did you see the reply to your other post on this same topic?

Which exact "apartment" are you referring to?

Ones that are "supposedly" buildable. Upon, like Navar for example "I guess..."

The apartment in Navar is buildable. You'll need to remove some of the existing walls first though.

Only one set of apartments uses keys. It's a map kept around for legacy purposes only.

No, and no.

Drop the necessary coins on the purchase altar or floor matt will open a gate and give you ownership of the apartment. Once again, no keys are involved.

Okay heres a question then... How come I can't build in my private apartment in scorn? Is it because you need to purchase an apartment extention of some sort?
