Skills command and Skills and Exp display

I use client-windows 1.10.0 March 23, 2007

today i have a display of skills, in 4 colums centered in each column.
column 1 is skillname, and column 2 is score(level)

lockpicking #nc# 114(1) #nc# smithery #nc# 550040(10)

#nc# = new column

1. Why don't all skills come in order? Like the skills command?

2. Why not use 3 columns with a left adjust ment like
lockpicking 1+05,7%#nc# smithery 10+00,1% #nc# singing 4+13,5%

The % here is how far you are from the next level.

I figure that If you really want the exact figures I expect you would use the skills command.

3. Show skills that dont have exp last in the skills command list.
Known abilities:
Meditation, Woodsman, Climbing, etc.

4. Show Missing skills, in the skills command list. So that I know what I am missing.
Unknow skills:
Fishing, oratory, etc
