Spell casting changes

Hello.

I implemented the feature request #656195: More effects of confusion.

Now casting when confused can have 3 effects:
* one item is transformed temporarily to flowers
* 2 random statistics are temporarily swapped
* a random spell is cast.

digging up a dead post, but shouldnt one of the effects target yourself? to make sure people really take care when casting? being confused and casting isnt the best idea...
