Suicide in Crossfire

What is your favorite way of killing yourself? With that I mean those really stupid deaths that could have been avoidable if you had simply had been a bit more cautious.

Casting icestorm, waiting few seconds and running in the same direction, forgetting that your speed was ~ 3...
