I see a carriage service that transports people to all Cities from all Cities. (not hidden or dead cities.)

Hey why not redesign boats as well.

Boat 2-3 plat, < 1 min waiting time (ALL Cities with Harbour, and Coast)
Carriages 10 plat < 2 min waiting time (ALL Continent cities)
Dragon services 100 plat, no waiting time ALL Cities, All connections go to Dragon service Center or from. (Darcap)

By Boat/Carriges you are STUCK in/on it.
In the mean time you can pay
5 plat for food service.
40 plat for word of recall scrolls.

You get to sit and wait for it to open, thus need of food.

Either it opens and you need to exit, or you are thrown out.

(Maybe if you miss your stop, its whatever next City in line.)

I see a circle of rolling stones like in raffle, for this to work like a clockwork.

This means 3 new buildings in some cities.

Dragons pickup or Dragon Center
Carriages transport services
Boat transport services

For Boats, all stops are a Circle around the Continent passing through all harbour cities.

For Carriages, all stops are a Circle around the Continent passing through all Continent cities maybe Scorn twice in a circle, as it is so central.

scorn isn't central, it is on the western edge of the continent.

OK, maybe its not Central, but I still believe in the Idea.

Any city could be the Central.

None of the Cities have to be Central, its possible to have a City tour clockwize around the globe.
