Why is the prize from killing 4 Evil Masters the same as a Raffle 2 prize?
The evil masters are so much harder than Raffle 2...

The odds of getting the cloak from Raffle 2 are ~ 1/8192; random chance.
The odds of getting the cloak from the evil masters.. maybe 1/2, depending on your equipment, strategy, etc. Not quite as random and more favorable for you.
