does phpbb have an option to ignore a thread and all replies therein?

AFAIK, the following:

Don't click on the link :wink:

Remove the check box about "Notify me when a reply is posted" if you followed up to a post and no longer want to receive email updates to the post

Not ideal, but.. click on the link which marks all posts as read after logging in.

i want to see the updates, i just think that the long list of posts is annyoing. it might be easier for leaf, but easier doesnt always look best... :-D

what I really want is something like wikipedia's watched pages list.

maybe having them highlight a different colour (purple instead of yellow, say)
