off topic/programming forum

could we get a off topic/programming forum?

someting for the random threads that arent quite general chat, or people like me who get stuck volenteering to make changes to the code, then need some additional resources like the C topic? (btw, that was very helpful.)

ill even volenteer to be the moderator...

well something to more ocntain the offtopicest posts. like the stuff i ask about programming, and some of the other random stuff like mikees philosophy threads...
