Characters getting stuck in game without player...

Occassionally (like once every night or two), my internet is disconnected for less than a second. However, that half-second disconnection often makes it so that my char is stuck in the game, and I can't log back in to regain control of it. How many other people have had trouble with this, and can I do anything about it?

When this happen, you basically have 2 solutions:
* wait for your character to "timeout" and disconnect from server. Takes something like 15 minutes (i think)
* create a dummy character and ask a DM to kick your player (if you know the IP of the "ghost" char tell it to the DM, or give enough information on your equipment/such to prove you're really this char :p)

BTW, I think that the timeout time should be shortened by a lot...

acctually, it seems closer to a half a hour. and its a good feature. i can stop, close the client, go eat dinner, and have a chance to be back where i was instead of starting over.
