I'm not so sure that everything should make change, but the public-utility tables could be more convenient. Also, we want to careful about producing, say, seven-figure piles of silver. As a related annoyance, there really should be a clearer distinction between magical "service" altars and real altars of the gods!

It would be odd to put a sacrifice on the altar and the god makes change for you.

"You can have the rest of the troll, but please, leave me the liver!"

(It would be nice to have some way of extracting organs from corpses!)
