Maps command?

When one uses the maps command ('maps) you get a ton of information like this:

Current time is: 00:10:10.

Path = the map name or directory

the reset is the time the map will clear again, as for the others I never payed any attention to them. If I had to guess Diff would be the difficulty level of the map.
I usually use it to see if anyone is in a given dungeon or already finished a quest that I wanted to go on.
