"ghost players"

When I move fast, I often leave a "ghost" copy of myself behind on the map, much more often when I have limited LOS. Does that happen for other people as well?

I'm using the latest client from cvs (happened with the 1.4 client as well) and play against crossfire.jyu.fi.

Sure, it happens all the time.
I use the win gtk client towards a bunch of servers.

Speaking of gtkclient here.. yes, this happens pretty often and is a known problem. Is not limited to your own character btw, I've seen it happen with other players' characters, too

Hm..the post may be 10 month old, and the problem is known...But I still enjoy seeing multiple copies of mighty "ghost" creatures and my humble self

1 or 2 months later I look back... Ghosts ARE quite funny sometimes, aren't they?
