What woo was just saying in here gives me an idea:

The reason for disabling town portal in apartments is very true for the same reasons as what woo is talking about with the key, but something that would be interesting, would be having a special room inside of an apartment (or possibly a seperate building) which was created on a per player basis just like apartments, but it would have in it an item that creates what is like a town portal leading into the building that's of the party of the person who first goes into the building. This town portal creation thing would be usable an infinant amount of times, but only within the region that the building is in. If the room is within an apartment, only the owner can exit into the apartment and others have to use a back exit.
It wouldn't be like adding another guild because it would also reset unlike guilds/apartments, and wouldn't be good for much except that it would make a party meeting location and a somewhat more secure trading location. On which note, perhaps have a 'trading machine' thing in it like what mikee has in that bank in scorn on mlab.

I'm personally leaning towards having it as a seperate building instead of in an apartment. The best way I can think of to impliment a map like this would be by heavy use of python. I might try making this map some time, but I have many other CF related projects on my hands to finish first.
