Lost item name or renamed itemissue ?

Still trying to gather more information on this bug before posting to SF.

It's been observed that harikari swords on crossfire.metalforge.net, when blessed by a good - begin to adapt random character names or loosing their name all together.

Has anyone recently seen anything similar to this?

I have a harikari sword of devourers that works perfectly, none of those symptoms are showing.
(Note to Leaf: If you want to look at the one that's working in my player file, it's on my alt, SpeedyRed's invintory, not on Rednaxela atm.)

define 'recently'

a few months ago, i had some daggers of fortune, blessed to devourers, that changed name: 'Temple of Ruggilli of Devourers' is a nice name for a dagger, but kinda heavy to use

Never had troubles with a harakiri sword by the way

My bot noticed that problem, too. In some shop he found both a Calamity (uk_sd.111) and a Battle Axe (battle_axe.111) that had weired names. Unfortunately I can't tell if they had been enchanted or blessed because he just examined them but did not buy them.

The itempower of these items seems to be a bit low right after they mutate also, which is not a good thing imo.

Funny.Thank goodness I came here before my new character,Aki, enchanted her sword to Devours.
