Actually, I think you should be happy that you don't have one. That link was posted on slashdot under the topic "Is HTML art? AFAIK Flash is not the same HTML. And even if Flash was HTML and HTML was art, I would still not call that art.

Java and flush plugins are crap. It's sad to see some people creating supposedly informative pages that rely totally on 'em..

well, some people pees in a bottle then drinks it onstage and calls that art... I think the audience there would love to get a message saying "You don't have the required plugin to watch that"

Yeah, I totally agree with you in that point. They use some cool IE-only feature and think they've created the best site available. However most things work a lot better when they are done server-side only (like PHP) and then even looks better because it's more or less the same to anyone. Sometimes it might be even readable with a text-only browser.
