MLAB -> CVS please

Please upload mlab to cvs.
Make the mlab TLdir whatever you want (dreamscape? dream in some other language?). Use the script in contrib to make it a non-flat dir structure etc.

I think a better place to post this is in the Crossfire-cvs or in the Crossfire-maps mailing list, as more devs will see it there.

It's the topic of conversation on IRC right now.. discussing map name scheme and recommended directory layout, etc.

Basically, it's being addressed in a more timely manner then through the mailing list.
