Ah. It has to do with buildable buildings and such coupled with regions.
(When are the patches going to be commited?)

Actually the two things can progress quite happily independent of each other, they are in completely seperate parts of the code base, as long as the building maps act like random maps do atm (and they should do, since all it needs to do is use the random map code with maybe a new template) then any region information that could be needed (one line in the header) can be derived from the parent map quite happily. Buildings don't actually matter from a geo-economo-political point of view.

It should be sometime after I fix the Makefile scripts to seperate a few files out. I /think/ I have taught myself what I need to know concerning automake in order to get it to work, but I still need to get round to doing so, alas that Real Life should intrude on that....
