Navar-Look Patch (Please up to CVS/tell devs)

Makes navar look more navarian and less like the rest of the world:
Changes: Just changed the arch of some buildings to the navarian counterparts.

Working on commiting the building image changes. The other stuff is way out of scope for this thread however.
