[QUESTION]: When I run the Crossfire Server, it says, This application has failed to start because python21.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem, and I re-installed. Still doesn't work. 
[ANSWER]: The message itself should be harmless, and let you play nontheless. It just means some features (post office, stuff like that), which are not critical, will not be available.If you want to get rid of it, either:
* If you don't want python, grab one of the latest server versions and uncheck 'python plugin' at installation
-OR-
* Remove the file '<where you installed crossfire server>\share\plugins\python_plugin.dll'
-OR-
* install Python 2.1.1 final (http://www.python.org or ActiveState Python, for instance)
Once installed, look for python21.dll, and make sure it's in the PATH your windows use. Or copy that DLL to Crossfire's directory.
