How do I improve my hp?

I can't seem to improve my hp as much as I feel it should be. I remember from time to time that it has been around 135 or so, when I wan lvl 8, but now I'm lvl 11, and it's only 123. What's the secret?

raise your con stat, if you have died you need to drink potions of life

All possibilities have been listed for improving a characters hit points.

* Improve their CON score by potions or equipment
* Potions of improvement
* Make sure their CON score is not depleted from death or other attack types
