Perhaps you could put a time limit on guilds?
Like if no one from guild foo logs on for two years,
then sell guild foo?
Honestly. Some guilds really have not been touched, and
it is annoying that it is a stale map.

Tried that, but some people argue the time frame was not long enough, they weren't aware of it, did not receive an advanced enough notice of the time limit, etc.

That would be up to the invididual server admins.

On a side note, are there any public servers that have been around for 2 years? 1 year?

Keep in mind there is no way to determine guild activity from within the Crossfire.

There currently is no easy or efficient way to determine guild activity at the server level either.

Yea, Bort get up off the computer and write a script on paper, that way you can be super not lazy and solve this problem, and I see from your signature that you have had some troubles playing a wraith char, BUAHAHAHA I am GOD FEAR ME!
