I can't get on Crossfire

I'm having problems getting on the actual game, i don't know what to do, i've downloaded the right files for my system (Windows) but i don't know where to go from here. Please help me!

Once you open the client (the files you download) you will be presented with a binch of little windows, inside of the main client window. The bottom right will have a list of servers, looks something like:

1) servername.com
2) somewhere.something.com
3) whatever.com
4) crossfire.metalforge.net

You probably want to select the one that says "crossfire.metalforge.net" as this is where most other people play. Once you put the number in and hit enter it will ask for a name and password (you have to enter your password twice for a first time player) and then you will be started. Follow the directions from there.
