whenever ir u n the game, it says that plugin python21.dll wasnt found. what do i do?

I take it you are running a server on windows. Did you install python? You can get python at
www.python.org

This message is harmless. It just means some features (post office, stuff like that), which are not critical, will not be available.
As Avion pointed out, you can simply get the DLL from the URL.
