Who can I talk to?

I've learned the skill 'oratory', but nobody wants to listen to me. Who should I go and talk to?

Oratory lets you make pets from monsters who are already pacified, via singing.
It gets time to level, since the monster should be around your oratory level.

So try with kobolds first, then go up. And you probably need singing to go with it (or maybe 'pacify' does the same thing?)
