What's the use of 'bargaining'?

From what I know bargaining allows you to negotiate prices in the shops. As the result you gain experience in "bargaining" skill when you buy or sell an item. The higher is the price the more xp. As you become more skilled you can sell items at a higher price and purchase them at discounts.
As soon as the skill is learnt there is nothing else to worry about, it will be automatically used whenever performing a transaction in a shop.
Rumors go that 110 bargaining gives you 20K per item in the black market, almost 4 times cheaper then normal

Yes there is, getting there involves fighting strong undead and dragons, it contains almost all skill scrolls (exception are all magic skills), some artefact weapons and all possible enchantment scrolls.
One thing to remember is that all prices there are ridiculously high. But then hey...the name speaks for itself, its "black" market after all.
