How should I kill demons and such. Please give me a short list of ways to kill hard monsters. When does a hatchling become a dragon?

As for monsters resistances, you'll find some ingame, in scrolls & tomes & byways & whatelse.

Trial & error. When you find a method that works, practice and repeat.

IIRC, depends on their resistances - one resistnace needs to exceed a specific number. Not sure what that value is though...
