newbie question about spells

I'm a level 11 paladin (Dwarf) , have learned several prayer spells
from books, but still cannot cast any at all.
Is this because I have too little SP/grace? If so, how can I increase it?

Sp 4/2, GR 1/1

I 11, W 12 P 8.

1.5.0 server (felix.homeip.net)

Best way is by finding some potions to raise stats permanently. There is some around if you ask someone for help in finding them.. Another way is to get equipment that increases your stats.

..also if you have died any time, your stats are depleated.. May want to find potion of life

Potion of [stat name]. For example strength, dexterity, intelligence, wisdom etc.
