having armour made

Post by C Alan »

way back when I was a wee newbie, Some kind dragon gave me a dragon scale. I held onto for a while, and today I saw in the armour shop that dragon scales can be used to make armour. The sign at the scorn shop said "drop you dragon scale, and for a small fee, your armour will be made".

Well, my idea of a small fee, and some elses idea of a small fee are completely different. In my case, the 'small fee' was 3200 platnium. Needless to say, I didn't have the platnum. So I am out a dragon scale. You need to post the prices of having armour made, so people won't have the armour made, and then be forced to abandon it.

He means post that it costs 3200 platinum, since to a low level, 3200 plat is not quite a 'small fee'

I agree with this. I was playing yesterday, and I put five scales on the dragon armour anvil, and a beholder eye on the eye shield one. I couldn't afford either, but luckily I got someone to give me enough to pick up the dragon armour.

well considering that a belzebub shield when u manage to buy it at a shop costs 1.700.000 platinum - what's a small fee and what's a large fee ?

The small fee in question is "small fee" from the shopkeeper's point of view. ;)
