"Spoilers and help requests" -forum can be -and have been- used when requesting help with compiling. On the other hand, Developers mostly discuss on the mailing lists (so we have heard). I think that's why there is no such forum, and I don't really see any need for it.

Why should there be a developers' forum when we don't have any active ones using this board anyway? Well, Ryo is one but as you can see he prefers mailing lists as you can see..
I'm not absolutely against such forum but I think it could prove to be a bad idea to split the development discussions to several places.
I used to dislike mailing lists, too. I've changed my attitude a bit now.

Well, if you subscribe with a web-based email address to the mailing lists you get nearly the same.
