Well I have started back up on Crossfire again and this time I am taking it serious. I am setting up my own 24/7 server, and I am going to start programming new things into the server, and adding amazing maps. My first question is where can I advertise my server once I get it started so I can get some players? Second off, If I host Crossfire on a linux server, will people with windows, mac, and other non-linux clients be able to connect to my server? Well I hope someone can answer my questions so I can start renting a server and getting started on my adventure with Crossfire.

First place to advertise is on the metaservers - this is information is found in /share/settings and is what makes it easy for players to select a server and play on.
