You might want to try the CVS package, I don't know if that is relevant.

I'll probably consider making a package with all the stuff you need instead of fighting with this...

EmperorBMA -- thanks for the offer. Right now I'm losing interest in writing a new client, so the server probably won't be needed.

The only reason I wanted a windows server was so I could do easier testing of a new client. I'm going to look at the SDL client but not sure if I'll work on it while it's still in the core development stages...too many cooks and all. Contributing or maintaining an already deployed and tested application is ok, but multiple people working on the core parts of the application is a bit messy.
