agreed, make summoned creatures "god given" and "god given" creatures dont drop anything.

I realy dont care if the bindings are on the client or server side, just as long as they are stored on a per charactor basis.

Well.. basically you charge into battle, knocking an enemy back.. If you miss, you get "stunned" for a few secs (could mean certain death in some cases) if you connect, the thing you charged gets stunned for a few secs..


I dont like the idea of getting stunned by my own attack. mabe, if instead ...

Oh certainly but how much light would it need to be able to see well is another story.
If you evolved in a sun - your ... might glow in the dark but you might find a 1000 watt bulb pretty dim indeed...

I just dont like the idea that a level 50 player/monster can be afraid of a level 10 player/monster.

mind you, I have never realy noticed any effects of fear on a player anyway.

I wanted to make a sort of "dream level" where you use a bed to enter another's dream (a NPC has been traped in his dream -- sad i know but hey, why not). the problem is that when in this "dream world" death should make you wake up at the bed and the only way i can think of doing this is to use the ...

but only if you are x levels above the other. x can then be dependent on a sort of horror factor and your distance from the monsters. also monsters should be able to have a horror factor as well. mabe the monsters horror factor can give some sort of resistance against others horror factor.
