How about making a petition system?

Like myself dont have much time to spend in crossfire these days
so would be great if players could send help requests or bug reports
to DM's even if theres none online

something like this:
/petition i am stuck inside a giant muffin,, help!

so a DM could read ...

This bug has been in crossfire atleast 2 years now

Allways nice to scare people while invisible

At higher level monsters somehow die before they even notice it, so i dont even care to use protection spells

Some great ideas from Anarchy Online:

Mission terminals: you can get dynamically created missions from where you can get uber stuff and xp

professions: No point at creating new character after you have maxed your old one because theres nothing new.. every damn character in crossfire can cast ...

How about adding stuff for the high level players also..
It gets bit boring when theres just no more danger killing stuff..
