chat doesn't seem to work. I type 'chat' and it says "Chat/shout what?". I type 'chat foo', and npothing happens. Any usage help on chat? 
Set your listen level to 10
Usage is:
'chat <message>
Ex:
'chat anyone on?
(output:)
Leaf chats: anyone on?
