There is also one in Scorn, however it is not reachable by foot.

From the scorn port you can take one of the boats to a shrine.
That is one of her temples.

Regarding the cults in CF, mapmakers if there is no water in a map please don\'t add a shrine to the cult... we should add shrines according to terrain for terrain specific cults (scorn and Navar have Ix... as they are port cities etc). If there is a desert a shrine to the earth (geia... some worship the earth, go figure) would be badly placed. For myself I will be removing the shrine to geia in citydeclouds, and possibly the shrine to gorrok too, the shrine to the devowers stays tho as the wizard who built the city was evil (as all wizards are

)... a gorrok shrine would be to overt for his purposed of deception though. There is a valei shrine (that name sounds female... commentary on the unfortunate feminization of the christian churches?) to offset the punch of reality a sole devoweres shrine would bring (perhapse people would then know the wizard was evil rather than good or indiffrent?)... ofcouse the valeri cult is just another cult in CF that has made up it\'s own rules to gain material wealth and power for it\'s upper echelon members most likely (disregarding whatever books it has in it\'s possession telling it to do otherwise).
To cut a long story short (IMHO) shines in a map should reflect the terrain.
