I have found a horn of aggravation - but what does it do? It seems to be some sort of wand, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

It makes friendly NPC's and Monsters, very aggrevated that you used it.. I.E. it makes non-hostile creatures chase you around the map till they kill you or you kill them.. There is no visible effect.. Perhaps like charm, it should have a heart pop up around affected creatures (maybe a broken heart instead?)
