I installed the client, and downloaded everything there was on the sourceforge site, and the client still won't run! Error is something about "libglib-2.0-0.dll" not being found. I CAN'T FIGURE THIS PROGRAM OUT! I SEARCHED IT UP ON ALL THE SEARCH ENGINES AND IT'S NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! :x  :x  :x  :x  :? :!:

Did you use the latest client installer? Did you try tips on http://www.metalforge.net/cfmb/viewtopic.php?t=195 this thread?
Search the forum, too, there are many other threads on WinGTK client issues...

I tried all of this, I think

Try Win32 GTK client installer howto
http://crossfire.real-time.com/clients/win32_gtk.html
It helped me to make the client work from the first try.

Any one want to volunteer and make screen shots (or graphics) to go along with the Win32 GTK Client instructions?

If you play on crossfire.metalforge.net, I can arrange for a bribe^H^H^H reward for your work.

Expect nothing and you shall not be disappointed, but I think I need a client update anyways.

One requirement - no bitmap files (.bmp)

Prefer .png, .gif, .jp(e)g in that order.

Thanks.
