guilds on localhost

Except for the adventurers guild and some few others, on localhost you can't really join a guild. Wouldn't it be nice to actually be able to join a guild. To join a guild, you would have to be a certain level. The lower level you are, the lesser the benefits. If you join a guild, it gives you a quest. This is just a very rough idea.
