It is currently not possible to purchase any mailscrolls from IPO in Scorn.

Salathar says: mailscroll <name>
Colette says: I don't know <name>

I have tried many existing correct names, both when players are online and offline.
Any chance this could be fixed ?

Well, the metalforge server did crash early this AM. It may have goofed something up. Perhaps Leaf or a sysadmin will be able to see what happened. In the meantime I'll log in and try to send a message.
