Shouldn't there be ways to protect your home. Like buying generators that make monsters that will only protect you or others said? For example you could type "no hurt leaf" and they wouldn't hurt the person. Or you could go to a shop and hire guard by talking to the shopkeeper and paying? Just a suggestion.

No one can get in your permanent apartment other than you and a DM. Monsters could not keep out a DM.

I, like several others(I think, am I right?), want people to be able to come and enjoy our apartments.

Sorry, I see way to much work to setup and create (coding aspect..) - then a huge maintenance nightmare (So-and-so found a way past the guard and robbed me - or who robbed me!?!, I need my apartment restored from back up, the guard monster misfired a spell and toasted everything) for a feature like this.

I summon cult creatures in case leaf decides to visit my apartment.. They can't hit him, but it's worth a try

Well, I *have* figured out a way for creatures to stay in your apartment after you quit, BUT they become hostile and you're risking (like I did) getting a ride from icestorm or dragonbreath the second you log in (like I did
