What would everyone like to see as the URL for the messageboard?

Here's a list of ideas, feel free to add new ones, comment on the current ones, etc.

Once the list of suggestions get's large enough, I'll create a poll and announce the URL

Just pick one, as long as it isn't something like "cfmb".

You really think people will learn by heart the URL?
I say pick one, and go for it, as long as the links from the website are pointing to the right place...

It shouldn't look too complicated (like cfmb, though it's easy to remember when you know what it means). But most people will probably visit the forum from the website or by bookmarking it directly (like me). And then the URL doesn't really matter anymore.

I'd make use of apache rewrite_module or symlinks and use them all

I actually write the url always, using the auto-completion feature of Mozilla/Firebird..

..thus, I'd suggest either "board" or "forum". Either one goes, as long as there's a nice link from the main page (a small logo or something).

I personaly use the same method as hoxu to come here (auto-completition) and IMO /forum is the most used around so it is "standard". I vote for it
