I've just recently obtained a ring of death priest and an amulet of the shielded mind, both of which offer +100 res to fear. However, if i equip both of them, i don't get 100% fear res, just 0%. (As a Gaea worshipper, i have a natural -100% weakness to fear). Is this intentional, or is it a potential bug?

This is intentional.

God-given resistances cap your maximum. Thus if you get -30 somewhere, you can't get over 70. And with -100 you just can't get more'an 0.

I've updated the FAQ to clarify partial resistance and maximum resistance.
