Crossfire GTK & CF Client v1.6.1 Has Been Released

Crossfire client 1.6.1 has been released.

This version is mainly a bug fix version of 1.6.0. It also comes with some additional features.

New features includes:
- scripting interface (not in windows version)
- Easier bug reporting with a centralised log of client, including revison numbers
- Basic bug-report window in gtk client

Lot's of the bug fixes. Fixed bugs includes

- Improved win32 stability
- ALSA9 sound server now compiles.
- Various logical bugs (64 bits stats, improper coordinates and so on)
- Fixed some overflows.
- Clean exit of gtk client
- Graphical bug fixes (disappearing buildings, smoothing in SDL mode)

Two things about the installation docs, if you use the SET Path you shouldn't need to move any files (conversly if you move the GTK files you shouldn't need to modify your path).

If there are spaces in your directory path entry use quotes or it will not parse properly.
