Unschedule Server Outage, 2015-May-21

The Metalforge server had unscheduled down time starting around 11pm CDT until 1am CDT.
After tracking down the problem, it was quicker to recover the server startup script (crossloop) and key directories from a backup then to clean up the admin error that caused the problem in the first place.
Player files, unique maps (apartments, guilds, etc.) and in game content was not impacted by this issue.
