SourceForge has made changes to how the code repository for Crossfire is accessed.

This is important for anyone who is doing development work or compiles any component of Crossfire from it's source code.
As of Mon Feb 25 20:45:00 UTC 2013, the "old" repository became read only. No further updates or changes will happen to your local code base unless *YOU* make the necessary changes on your side.
