Random House Treasure Room Exits

Sometimes random maps will have those treasure maps that branch off the main map.
Sometimes, however, both the entrance and exit to a particular random treasure map will both go up.
To make sure I am explaining this understandably, I will use a hypothetical example (since these random maps are random, I can't really use any maps I've encountered this on as testable examples).
Say you walk into the random house, and somewhere on the map is a ladder going up. Once you go up that ladder, you come out on a treasure-filled level, starting on, say, a spiral staircase going up.
Unless a better name for the house is M. C. Escher house, I think this may be a minor visual inconsistency.
